She’s just at ease with a hair straightener as she is with a hand drill. Zoë Brown is the fresh face and unofficial DIY-er greeting early risers on the Feel Good Breakfast Show – Expresso on SABC3 every weekday morning from 06h00 to 09h00. Few know that her talents were not only discovered in early 2015 during the televised Presenter Search on 3, but are the result of hard work and dedication that span over eight years.
When not presenting, Zoë finds herself exploring: the outdoors, new restaurants, coffee shops, the best hiking trail.
With a BA International Relations degree (2013) as well as a BA (Hon) in International Relations (2014) both from the University of Stellenbosch, Zoë believes that to affect a nation is to change a generation. Words she wants to carry through into a career that will enable her to focus on humanitarian issues; creating and sustaining strong, peaceful relationships between people and communities both on a local as well as an international level.
Never one to turn down a challenge, Zoë’s life can best be described as adventure-filled. From learning to horse ride for the first time to being asked to speak in front of a crowd of young students, no day is ever without its fair share of adventure and discoveries.
