Dedication of new Garden of Remembrance

The beautiful new Garden of Remembrance, dedicated to Mr Vyvyan Watson, a WW1 veteran and Chairman of the Red Cross building committee in the 1950s who was instrumental in the fundraising and construction of the Hospital,  has been formally opened and blessed.

This beautiful sanctuary is to commemorate all those who have remembered the Trust in their Will – leaving a legacy for future generations of sick children at the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital.
